We will only send you marketing emails if you ticked the optional consent checkbox when downloading the checklist. You can withdraw your consent at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or by emailing us at [email protected]. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

We record the date, source page and exact wording of the consent checkbox shown to you at the time of sign-up, in line with ICO guidance on consent audit trails.

4. How long we keep your data

Checklist download records (including consent status) are retained for up to 3 years from the date of collection, or until you ask us to delete them. Enquiry records are retained for up to 2 years. We will delete your data sooner if you request it and there is no overriding legal obligation to retain it.

5. Who we share your data with

We do not sell your personal data. We may share it with:

• Our email delivery service provider (used solely to send the emails described above)
• Our website hosting provider
• Professional advisers (legal, accountancy) where necessary
• Regulatory authorities if required by law

All third-party processors are required to handle your data in accordance with UK GDPR.
